  Call out engineer to clean up my bloked toilet pipe. the respond was fast. Cleaned up the pipe the water was running , however the man discover the piece of wood in the pipe just near the bend, tried to remove it couldn't do it, advised to dig in to remove the wood, and charged me for a full work only cleaning the blockage and didn't clean the thing what cause it. After couple of days I cheeked the pipe and it started to fill again, called out another company and these guys cleaned all again and were able to remove the old wood from the pipe in 5 min. The pipe is fully clean and the problem causing it was removed unfortunately not by the company I payed to clean it for the firs time. Just before calling them out ask for prises and explanation regarding the work they will do for you. In my opinion if i order service to clean the pipes the cause of the blockage needs to be cleaned as well, and not to call engineers every week, maybe I am wrong. Thank you
